Viena no Eiropas un pasaules mēroga problēmām ir neatjaunojamo energoresursu pieejamība, jo resursi tiek iegūti tikai dažās pasaules valstīs, lielākoties ārpus Eiropas Savienības.
Lielākā daļa no daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamajām ēkām ir būvētas padomju laikā, kad fosilie energoresursi bija lēti un pieejami, līdz ar to ēku būvniecībā maz tika domāts par ēku energoefektivitāti. Veicot šo ēku renovāciju un tajās būtiski paaugstinot energoefektivitātes rādītājus, Latvija var ievērojami samazināt savu atkarību no importa energoresursiem.
Maģistra darba „Dzīvojamās ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanas projekts” izvirzītais mērķis ir veicināt daudzdzīvokļu dzīvojamo ēku energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu Latvijā.
Autors piedāvā konkrētas daudzdzīvokļu ēkas energoefektivitātes paaugstināšanu projekta izstrādi Latvijas mazpilsētā.
Darbs sastāv no 163 lpp, 18 attēliem, 9 tabulām un 35 pielikumiem. One of Europe-wide and worldwide problems is availability of nonrenewable energy resources, because many of them are extracted in just a few countries, mostly outside of European Union.
The majority of apartment houses have been built in soviet times, when fossil energy resources were cheap and available, therefore energy efficiency of buildings was not well thought-out in the construction process. By renovating these buildings and significantly improving their energy efficiency indices, Latvia can substantially decrease their dependence from imported energy resources.
The aim of masters paper “Project for improving energy efficiency of an apartment building” is to promote raising energy efficiency in apartment buildings in Latvia.
The author of this paper proposes to develop a project for increasing energy efficiency in a specific apartment building in Latvian provincial town.
