AS DNB bankas kredītportfeļa analīze

Abstract

Bakalaura darbs, kas izstrādāts par tēmu “AS DNB bankas kredītportfeļa analīze”, tiek veltīts bankas kredītportfeļa izvērtēšanai, izpratnei par kreditēšanas virzieniem, kā arī kredītportfeļa nepilnību apzināšanai. Kredīti, kas ir bankas aktīvu lielākā daļa, reprezentē bankas darbību un potenciālu, un kredītportfeļa nozīme banku darbībā ir liela. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, izpētot AS DNB bankas kredītportfeļa kvalitāti, krīzes ietekmi uz to un apzinot bankas lomu Latvijas banku sektorā, izdarīt secinājumus un sniegt priekšlikumus kredītportfeļa uzlabošanai. Darbs izstrādāts 3 nodaļās, kurās tiek apskatīta kredītportfeļa būtība, AS DNB bankas loma Latvijas banku sektorā, kā arī tiek analizēta kredītportfeļa struktūra, ienesīguma un kvalitātes rādītāji.

The bachelor’s thesis with its topic “Analysis of the bank’s AS DNB loan portfolio” has been devoted to analysis of loan portfolio, understanding the crediting directions, as well as the imperfection of loan portfolio. Credits that are a major part of the bank’s assets represent the bank’s actions and potential, and the loan portfolio is of great significance. The goal of this paper is to draw conclusions and offer suggestions on how to improve the loan portfolio based on the analysis of AS DNB loan portfolio quality, the influence of crisis on it and by studying the bank’s role in the banking sector of Latvia. The bachelor’s thesis has been divided into 3 chapter that view the essence of loan portfolio, AS DNB role in the banking sector of Latvia, as well as analyse the structure of loan portfolio, its profitability and quality indicators.
