dc.description.abstract | Bakalaura darbs uzrakstīts latviešu valodā.
Mērķis: novērtēt cilvēka normālās mikrofloras iespējamo lomu acu slimību etioloģijā un patoģenēzē.
Uzdevumi:
noteikt S.aureus nēsātāju izplatību sabiedrībā;
novērtēt roku mazgāšanas un dezinfekcijas efektivitāti;
noteikt no dezinficēto roku ādas izolēto KONS jutību pret antibiotikām.
| en_US |
dc.description.abstract | The Bachelor thesis is written in Latvian.
Purpose: to estimate human microbiota role in eye desease ethiology and pathogenesis.
Tasks:
to determine the prevalence of S.aureus nasal carriers;
to establish the efficacy of hand washing and desinfection;
to test antimicrobial susceptibility of CONS isolated from hands after desinfection.
Methods: Microbiological plating and counting methods: sample collection from nose and hands. Disk diffusion antimicrobial susceptibility tests against 6 antibiotics was performed.
Results:
1.16.96% subjecs are persistent S.aureus nasal carriers.
2.The most effective antimicrobial agent is 96% medical alcohol.
3.Potencial biofilm makers on contact lenses (non-suspensible Staphylococcus strains) were izolated from hands after desinfection. | en_US |
