Makrofītu sugu sastāva un sastopamības mainība dabiskos un regulētos upju posmos: Aģes upes piemērs

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot makrofītu sugu sastāva un sastopamības mainību dabiskos un regulētos Aģes upes posmos. Darbā veikti upes veģetācijas pētījumi 10 Aģes posmos, no kuriem 5 posmi ir regulēti, bet 5 dabiski; novērtēta upes posmu ekoloģiskā kvalitāte, izmantojot trofijas un sugu daudzveidības indeksus, kā arī noteikti makrofītu augšanu ietekmējošie vides faktori.
Iegūtie rezultāti parāda, ka Aģes regulētajos posmos ūdens ekoloģiskā kvalitāte un makrofītu sugu daudzveidība ir zemāka salīdzinājumā ar upes dabiskajiem posmiem. The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to investigate the macrophyte species composition and abundance in natural and regulated sites of river Aģe. In this Bachelor 10 sites of Aģe was investigated, from which 5 sites were regulated but 5 natural; ecological quality of river sites was evaluated using trophic and diversity indices, environmental variables were also defined.
The results showed that in Aģes regulated sites the ecological quality of the water and the diversity of macrophyte species is lower comparing to the rivers natural sites.
