Lauksaimniecības zemes izmantošanas ietekmējošie faktori Rembates pagastā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Lauksaimniecības zemju apsaimniekošie ietekmējošiem faktoriem Remabates pagastā” mērķis ir noskaidrot aktuālo lauksaimniecībā izmantojamo zemju struktūru un to apsaimniekošanu ietekmējošos faktorus Rembates pagastā. Literatūras apskatā tiek aplūkotas zemes izmantošanas problēmas pasaules un Eiropas mērogā, kā arī vispārīgā zemes situācija Latvijā. Pētījuma ietvaros izveidots kartogrāfiskais materiāls, kurā attēloti pašreizējie zemes lietojuma veidi Rembates pagastā, kas papildināti ar zemes apsekojuma laikā fiksētiem foto materiāliem. Paralēli zemes kartēšanai tika veikta zemes īpašnieku anketēšana. Nozīmīgākie faktori, kas ietekmē zemes apsaimniekošanu Rembates pagastā ir saistīti ar: indivīda nodarbošanos, teritorijas atrašanās vietu pagastā, kā arī papildus finansējuma iegūšanu ar Eiropas Savienības un valsts atbalsta maksājumiem.

The aim of the bachelor’s thesis „Factors influencing the management of agricultural soil in the rural territory of Rembate ” is to determine the structure of the actual agricultural land and the factors influencing the management of the agricultural land in the territory of Rembate. In the review of literature, the Worldwide and Europe-wide problems of utilization of the land, as well as the general situation of land - use in Latvia are discussed. Within the research cartographic material is created, in which the current uses of the soil are shown, supplemented with the photo materials created during the survey of the land. While mapping the land, the landowners were to fill a questionnaire. The main factors affecting the management of the land in the territory of Rembate are related to: the occupation of the individual, the location of the territory within the district, and not least, the additional financing with the European Union’s and the country’s payments of support.
