Bakalaura tēma ir „Laulības un partnerattiecību tiesību diskurss laikrakstu „Diena”, „Neatkarīgā Rīta Avīze” un „Latvijas Avīze” interneta portālos”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot preses izdevumu un to interneta portālu komentētāju nostāju parterattiecību tiesiskā regulējuma jautājumā, kā arī to, kā konstruētas tradicionālās un liberālās vērtības šajos portālos.
Teorētiskajā daļā apskatīti ģimenes, laulības un partnerattiecību jēdzieni, kā arī preses un interneta mediju specifika. Izvēlētās pētniecības metodes ir kvantitatīvā kontentanalīze un diskursa analīze.
Pētījumā noskaidrotas laikrakstu nostājas Partnerattiecību tiesiskā regulējuma jautājumā, kā arī novērotas morālās panikas pazīmes gan publicētajos viedokļos, gan lietotāju komentāros, kuros pret šo likumprojektu vērojama klaji negatīva attieksme. The theme of the Bachelors thesis is „The discourse of marriage and civil partnership rights in the Internet sites of newspapers „Diena”, „Neatkarīgā Rīta Avīze” and „Latvijas Avīze””. The aim of this paper is to find out what the attitudes of the Internet sites and their commentators are regarding the Civil partnership bill and how the traditional and liberal values are construced.
In the theoretical part the concepts of family, marriage and partnerships are examined, as well as specifics of press and Internet media. The research methods used are qualitative content analysis and discourse analysis.
The research revealed the attitudes of different media regarding the Civil partnership bill and signs of moral panic in the published opinions and the user comments,which reveal vastly negative attitude towards the bill.
