Diels-Alder reaction of butadiene and ethene, Cope reaction of 1,5-hexadiene, 2,3 diazabicyclo(2.2.1)hept-2-ene deazetization and catalysis of N neopentylmaleisomide reaction with 2,3-dimetylbutadiene have been investigated and analyzed in this work. Main stationary points for these reactions have been found, optimized and characterized. Diels-Alder, Cope and 2,3 diazabicyclo(2.2.1)hept-2-ene deazetization reaction dynamics have been simulated and inferred about unsuitableness of UB3LYP functional in the latter one. Some possible catalysts for catalysis of N neopentylmaleisomide reaction with 2,3-dimetylbutadiene have been looked at and the most optimal ones have been introduced for further work in the laboratory. Methods of molecular modeling that included stationary and dynamic methods have been used for conformational search, optimization of structures, and transition state and reaction path calculations.
