Maģistru darbā veikta darba apstākļu analīze ekskavatoru operatoriem, nosakot kaitīgos darba vides riska faktorus un to negatīvo ietekmi uz nodarbinātajiem. Maģistra darba mērķis ir kompleksi novērtēt kaitīgos darba vides riska faktorus un noteikt atbilstošus preventīvos pasākumus riska mazināšanai. Darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem, praktiskām rekomendācijām un pielikumiem. Maģistra darba gaitā noskaidroti ekskavatoristu darba apstākļi un kaitīgie faktori, kas rada ietekmi uz nodarbināto veselību un drošību darba vidē. Nobeigumā sniegtas praktiskās rekomendācijas riska faktoru mazināšanai un darba apstākļu uzlabošanai.

Master's Thesis carried out analysis of the conditions of excavator machinery operators by determining hazardous work environment risk factors and their negative effects on employees. Master's Thesis target is to do complex assessment of the harmful work environment risk factors and adopt appropriate preventive measures to reduce the risk. The work consists of an introduction, four chapters, conclusions, practical recommendations and appendices. In Master's Thesis working conditions and harmful factors that have an impact on employees' health and safety in the work environment have been identified. In the end of the paper, practical recommendations for risk factor reduction and work conditions improvement have been given.
