Finanšu situācijas izvērtējums un attīstības prognozes A/s „AirBaltic Corporation”

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: “Finanšu situācijas izvērtējums un attīstības prognozes A/S “AirBaltic Corportation”. Pateicoties uzņēmuma saimnieciskās darbības analīzei un tās prognozēšanai, uzņēmumi spēj samazināt nenoteiktību, kura pastāv biznesa vidē. Aviācijas nozare izceļas ar īpaši izteiktu nenoteiktību un svārstīgu pieprasījumu. Tāpēc īpaša loma tiek piešķirta analīzei, kura palīdz pieņemt pareizus vadības lēmumus un padarīt uzņēmumu pievilcīgu investoriem. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izvērtēt uzņēmuma A/S “AirBaltic Corporation” saimnieciski finansiālās darbības rezultātus un noteikt attīstības iespējas finanšu un tirgus paplašināšanas jomā. Pētījuma gaitā autore konstatēja, ka uzņēmums A/S “AirBaltic Corporation” ir finansiāli atkarīgs no ārējā kapitāla, kas ir izskaidrojams ar uzņēmuma pamatdarbības specifiku, kā arī ar iepriekšējos gados uzkrātajiem zaudējumiem, kuri ir saistīti ar nepamatotu pasažieru skaitu palielināšanu, neskatoties uz lidojumu zemo rentabilitāti. Darba noslēgumā autore prognozēja pasažieru plūsmu ar klasiskās dekompozīcijas metodes palīdzību un izstrādāja ieteikumus uzņēmuma attīstības iespējām. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 89 lappuses, tas satur 27 tabulas, 20 attēlus, 11 pielikumus. Darba rakstīšanai izmantoti 35 literatūras avoti. The topic of the master’s thesis is “Financial situation analysis and development forecast in “AirBaltic Corporation” Ltd”. Thanks to the company’s economic activity analysis and forecasting companies are able to reduce the uncertainty that exists in the business environment. The aviation industry is characterized by a particularly high level of uncertainty and a demand that is volatile and sensitive towards external factors. Therefore a special role is given to the analysis which helps to make the right management decisions and make the company attractive to the investors. The aim of this paper is to assess the company A/S "AirBaltic Corporation" commercial financial results and identify the development opportunities for the financial and market expansion area. In the research the author has found that the company A/S "AirBaltic Corporation" is financially dependent on the foreign capital which is explained by the specifics of the company's business specifics and the accumulated losses of the previous years. These losses are related to the unjustified passenger number increase despite the low flight profitability. In the conclusion the author has forecasted the passenger flow with the classical decomposition method and proposed recommendations for the company's development. The master's thesis consists of 89 pages, which include 27 tables, 20 images, 11 annexes, and 35 literary sources.
