SIA „Dardedze hologrāfija” revīzijas procedūru analīze

Abstract

Maģistra darbu ar tēmu „SIA „Dardedze hologrāfija” revīzijas procedūru analīze” ir izstrādājusi Regīna Kaskēviča, maģistra grāda iegūšanai sociālajās zinātnēs. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz SIA „Dardedze hologrāfija” finanšu pārskatiem un grāmatvedības uzskaites dokumentu analīzi, identificēt nozīmīgākos uzņēmuma finanšu pārskatu revīzijas riskus, izstrādāt būtiskuma līmeni, revīzijas stratēģisko plānu un veikt pielietoto revīzijas procedūru analīzi, kā arī konstatēt nepilnības revīzijas gaitā un izstrādāt priekšlikumus to novēršanai un procesa uzlabošanai. Darbs sastāv no trim galvenajām nodaļām – finanšu pārskata revīzijas teorētiskie aspekti, SIA „Dardedze hologrāfija” finanšu pārskata revīzija un pielietoto revīzijas procedūru analīze. Maģistra darba autore apkopojusi finanšu pārskata arējā revīzijā pielietotās SIA “Dardedze hologrāfijā” veiktās revīzijas porcedūras par iepriekšējajiem un tekošo pārskata periodiem no 2011.gada līdz 2014.gadam, tās analizējot, konstatējusi grāmatvedības uzskaites nepilnības. Balstoties uz iegūtiem analīzes un pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādājusi priekšlikumus SIA “Dardedze hologrāfijā” uzņēmuma vadībai, esošajam zvērinātam revidentam, kā arī LR Finanšu ministrijai, un papildus izstrādājusi kritērijus zvērināta revidenta atlasei pētītajam uzņēmuma. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 84 lappuses, tas satur 27 tabulas, 13 attēlus, 4 pielikumus. Darba rakstīšanai izmantoti 41 literatūras avoti. The topic of the Master’s thesis is "Analysis of the audit procedures in the limited liability company “Dardedze holography” " it is written by Kaskēviča Regina, in order to get Master's degree in social sciences. Main goal of Master's thesis is to identify the most important risks of audit in financial statements, to develop the rate of relevance, strategic plan of the revision and perform the analysis of the audit procedures as well as to identify failures in the audit and develop proposals for their elimination and to improve the process in future, based on the "Dardedze holography” Ltd financial statements and accounting record analysis. The work consists of three main divisions - theoretical aspects of financial statement audit, financial statement audit of the "Dardedze holography" Ltd and the analysis of audit procedures in the "Dardedze holography" Ltd. The author of Master's thesis described the audit process of "Dardedze holography" Ltd for previous periods and current period starting from Year 2011 to Year 2014, analyzing and establishing accounting failures. Based on the results of the analyses, proposals were made for the company's management, current certified auditors, as well as the Ministry of Finance of Republic of Latvia, including additional criteria for the selection of certified auditors in future for this company. The master’s thesis consists of 84 pages, which include 27 tables, 13 images, 4 attachments, and 41 literary sources.
