Abstract

Diplomdarba, kura nosaukums ir „Zemnieku saimniecības Zemzari finanšu analīze”, mērķis ir izpētīt z/s Zemzari finansiālo darbību, novērtējot tās darbības problemātiskos aspektus un pamatojoties uz pētījuma rezultātiem, izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma stabilitātes noteikšanai. Darbs veidots no sešām nodaļām, kurās ir iespēja iepazīties ar finanšu analīzes būtību, un kopējo finansiālo stāvokli ar dažādu aprēķina metožu un koeficentu palīdzību. Veicot pētījumu, secināts, ka uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli ir ietekmējusi piena iepirkuma cenas samazinājums un kredīta procentu samaksa, šo minētu faktoru rezultātā uzņēmumam ir būtiski samazinājusies pārskata gada peļņa, tomēr uzņēmuma saimniecisko darbību joprojām var vērtēt kā finansiāli stabilu.The Diploma paper entitled „Agrarian cooperative Zemzari financial analysis” the main goal is to explore Zemzari financial performance, assessing the problematic aspects of its activities and based on the results, develop proposals of the company’s stability. The reasearch has been divided into six parts in which is the possibility to meet the financial analysis nature and the overall financial situation of the various calculation methods and the ratio help. It is concluded that company’s financial situation affected the decrease of milk purchase price and the loan interest payment, these factors reduced the profit of the reporting year, however the company’s operating activities can still be assesed as financially stable.
