Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Džūdō vēsture un galvenās koncepcijas”. Darbs ir veltīts džūdō cīņu mākslas pētniecībai un analīzei. Galvenais darba mērķis ir detalizētā veidā aprakstīt to un sniegt lasītājam priekšstatu par vienu no pasaulē populārākajām Japānas cīņas mākslām – džūdō.
Japānas reliģija, kultūra, dzīves stils, mentalitātes iezīmes, kā arī vairāki citi aspekti jau izsien ir rosinājuši padziļinātu interesi Rietumos. Tas arī attiecas uz cīņas mākslām, kuras it īpaši ir attīstītas Japānā. Japānas kultūra un līdz ar to arī cīņas mākslas ļoti atšķiras no Rietumu cilvēkam ierastā.
Bakalaura darbs ir sadalīts četrās daļās. Pirmajā daļā tiek apskatīta Japānas cīņas mākslu vēsture un džūdō izveidošanās. Otrajā daļā tiek raksturoti džūdō pamatprincipi, to attīstība un pielietojums. Trešā daļa ir veltīta džūdō tehnikām. Tiek grupētas dažādu paņēmienu kopas un aprakstīta to attīstība. Ceturtajā daļā aplūkots džūdō internacionalizācijas process, kā arī izmaiņas šai cīņas mākslā.
Šī darba rakstīšanas procesā tika izmantota deskriptīvā metode. Darba garums bez titullapas, satura un avotiem ir 41 lapa. The title of the bachelor paper is “Jūdō History and Main Concepts”. The present research is dedicated to research and analyze jūdō martial art. The main objective of the research is to clearly describe and present to the readers one of the most popular Japanese martial art in the world - jūdō.
Japanese religion, culture and life style as well as special Japanese mentality are an object of great interest for the Western world. The same is applicable to martial arts that are especially developed in Japan. Japanese culture and therefore its martial arts differ from what Europe is used to.
The first part analyzes the general history of Japanese martial arts and creation of judo. The second part is dedicated to judo fundamental principles its development and usage. In the third part, judo techniques are described. Judo methods are grouped and their development is described. In the last, fourth part, judo internationalization process is being observed as well as its influence on jūdō.
The descriptive methodology is used while writing the paper. Excluding the title page, table of contents and the sources, the thesis comprises 41 pages.
