Arhitektūras pieminekļu aizsardzība Latvijā un Madonas rajona muižu centru praktiskā saglabāšana (1945-1990)

Maģistra darba “Arhitektūras pieminekļu aizsardzība Latvijā un Madonas rajona muižu centru praktiskā saglabāšana (1945-1990)” mērķis ir izpētīt arhitektūras pieminekļu aizsardzības tiesiskos un metodoloģiskos aspektus Latvijā, raksturojot Madonas rajona muižu centru praktisko saglabāšanu no 1945. līdz 1990. gadam. Pētījumā apskatīta pieminekļu aizsardzības tiesiski institucionālās sistēmas darbība, izvērtēti arhitektūras mantojuma praktiskās saglabāšanas pamatprincipi, raksturota Madonas rajona muižu centru saglabāšanas pasākumu norise. Tādējādi kopumā tiek atspoguļotas šīs arhitektūras mantojuma tipoloģiskās grupas saglabāšanas iespējas un arhitektūras pieminekļu aizsardzības sistēmas darbības apstākļi Latvijas PSR. The objective of MA graduation work “The Protection of Architectural Heritage in Latvia and the Practical Conservation of Manor Centers in Madona District (1945-1990)” is to investigate both the legal and methodological aspects of architectural heritage protection by using the case study of practical conservation of the previous manor centers carried out in the Madona District during the period of time in question. The legal framework and institutions taking care of architectural heritage in the Latvian SSR as well the basic concepts within this system are studied here to reflect the conservation measures in manor centers of Madona District protected as monuments of architecture. This case study provides an example for protection history of manor complexes in other districts of Latvian SSR.
