Diplomdarbā analizēta aktuāla un sabiedrībai svarīgā tēma – brīvā laika izmantošana.
Darba teorētiskajā daļā ir skaidroti brīvā laika jēdziens un tā būtība, analizēti brīvā laika izmantošanas iespējas un izraisītie riski, aprakstīti Latvijā veiktie pētījumi par brīvā laika lietderīgās izmantošanas iespējām. Diplomdarbā empīriskajā daļā ir veikts pētījums par jauniešu brīvā laika lietderīgas izmantošanas iespējām Rīgas pašvaldības Bērnu un jauniešu centra struktūrvienībā „Vita”, apkopoti tā rezultāti un secinājumi un izveidota sociālpedagoģiskās darbības programma jauniešu brīvā laika lietderīgā izmantošanā, kā arī veikta tās aprobācija un iegūto rezultātu analīze. The diploma paper analyzes an actual theme that is important for the society, that is use of leisure time.
The theoretical part of the paper explains the notion and essence of leisure time, analyzes the opportunities of using leisure time and potential hazards; it describes the researches in Latvia on opportunities of meaningful use of leisure time. The empirical part of the diploma paper researches the opportunities of meaningful use of youths’ leisure time at children and youth organization unit ‘Vita’ belonging to Riga municipality; it summarizes the results and conclusions of the research and offers the program of social pedagogical activities in meaningful use of youths’ leisure time as well as it analyzes the approbation of the program and the received results.
