Laika perspektīva un personības iezīmes saistībā ar izvēlētas profesijas bīstamību

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Laika perspektīva un personības iezīmes saistībā ar izvēlētas profesijas bīstamību. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir teorētiski un praktiski izpētīt indivīda izvēlēto profesijas bīstamības saistību ar nākotnes perspektīvu un personības iezīmēm. Darbā tika veikta teorijas un pētījumu analīze, kā arī veikts praktisks pētījums. Teorētiskajā daļā tika atklāts, ka indivīds vieno ne savas personības iezīmes, kas atstāj iespaidu uz viņu dzīvi, uzskatiem, mērķiem, nākotnes sasniegumiem un nākotnes perspektīvu. Attiecīgas literatūras un pētījumu analīze paradīja, kā pastāv saistība starp personības iezīmēm, laikā perspektīvu un izvēlēto profesijas bīstamību. Praktiskas daļas rezultāti uzrādīja, ka pastāv statistiski nozīmīga saistība starp tagadnes hedonismu, pozitīvo pagātni , attieksmi pret pagātni un attieksmi pret nākotni saistība ar personības iezīmēm un ar izvēlētas profesijas bīstamību. Tagadnes hedonisms pozitīvi korelē ar atvērtību, pozitīvā pagātne, savukārt pozitīvā pagātne pozitīvi korelē ar atvērtību. Kā arī tika atzīmēta negatīva korelācija starp ekstraversiju un tagadnes hedonismu. Korelācija starp pārējiem radītajiem nav statistiski nozīmīga, bet ir tendence uz augstākiem radītājiem.

The subject of the bachelor work is Time Perspective and Personality Traits in relation with a Choice of a Dangerous Profession. The goal of the bachelor work is theoretical and practical study personality traits in relationship to future time perspective and choice of the profession. Analysis of theoretical data and data of the studies the same as practical study have been made. Theoretical part shows that individuals are not only united by their personality traits that have an impact on their life, views, goals, achievements in future and future time perspectives. The analysis of the appropriate literature and studies shows, that there is a relationship between personality traits (significant), choice of the profession, future and time perspectives. The results of the practical part show, that there is statistically significant relationship between the hedonistic present, positive past, relation to the past and relation to the future with personality traits. Hedonism correlates positively with openness and positive past with the extraversion, but extraversion correlates negatively with hedonism. There is negative correlation of hedonistic present and positive past with friendly relations. Correlation among other factors is not statisticaly significant, but there is a tendency of higher indexes.
