Darba mērķis ir izveidot patērētāju lojalitātes konceptuālo modeli, izpētīt to ietekmējošos faktorus un novērtēt uzņēmuma Lattelecom patērētāju lojalitāti.
Uzdevumi:izpētīt lojalitātes teorētiskos aspektus; veikt telekomunikāciju nozares analīzi; izveidot patērētāju lojalitātes konceptuālo modeli; izveidot patērētāju aptaujas anketu; veikt Lattelecom klientu aptauju; veikt ekspertu interviju; izvirzīt secinājumus un priekšlikumus.
Darbs sastāv no ievada, 3 nodaļām, secinājumiem un literatūras saraksta un pielikuma. Pirmā nodaļa sastāv no trīs apakšnodaļām, kur ir teorētiskais pamatojums lojalitātei. Otrajā nodaļā ir uzņēmuma Lattelecom analīze, sastāv no četrām apakšnodaļām. Trešajā nodaļā ir analizēta uzņēmuma lojalitāte uz anketēšanas rezultātu pamatiem, tā sastāv no trim apakšnodaļām. Pielikumā ir aptaujas anketas un ekspertu intervijas.
Darba ir 99 lpp, 53 attēli, 6 tabulas, 3 pielikumi. The aim of the paper is to a create consumer loyalty conceptual model to explore the factors influencing it and to assess the consumer loyalty of the company Lattelecom.
The objectives are: to explore the theoretical aspects of loyalty; to carry out an analysis of the telecommunications industry; to create a consumer loyalty conceptual model; to create a consumer questionnaire; to make Lattelecom customers` surveys; to interview experts; to draw conclusions and make proposals.
The paper consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusions, bibliography and appendices. The first section consists of three subsections, which presents theoretical foundation of loyalty. The second chapter describes the analysis of the company Lattelecom and consists of four subdivisions. The third chapter examines the company's loyalty on the results of survey and it consists of three subdivisions. Questionnaires and experts interviews are included in the paper.
The paper consists of 99 pages, 53 pictures, 6 tables, 3 appendices.
