Maģistra darba tēma ir “Jauno darbinieku adaptācijas pilnveidošanas iespējas uzņēmumā CRB”. Darba mērķis ir identificēt būtiskākos trūkumus jauno darbinieku adaptācijas procesā uzņēmumā CRB un izstrādāt priekšlikumus tā pilnveidošanai.
Maģistra darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti adaptācijas teorētiskie aspekti – jēdziens, mērķi, uzdevumi, adaptācijas process un tā posmi. Darba otrajā nodaļā autore veic adaptācijas procesa izpēti un analīzi uzņēmumā CRB. Trešajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīti anketēšanas rezultāti un jauno darbinieku darba uzdevumu izpilde, kā arī identificēti adaptācijas procesa trūkumi un pilnveidošanas jomas. Ceturtajā nodaļā darba autore apraksta adaptācijas procesa pilnveidošanas iespējas. Darba nobeigumā sniegti priekšlikumi adaptācijas procesa uzlabošanai uzņēmumā.
Darbs sastāv no 85 lappusēm, 25 attēliem, 5 tabulām un 2 pielikumiem. The topic of the Master`s thesis is “Improvement opportunities of new employee adaptation in the organization CRB”. The goal of the thesis is to identify significant disadvantages in the adaptation process of new employee in the organization CRB and provide suggestions for its improvement.
The Master`s thesis consists of four chapters. The first chapter discusses the theoretical aspects of adaptation – the concept, goals, tasks, adaptation process and its stages. In the second chapter the author performed a research and analysis of adaptation process in the organization CRB. Chapter three describes results of survey, new employees` performance of working tasks and identifies disadvantages of adaptation process and areas of its improvements. In the fourth chapter the author describes improvement opportunities of adaptation process. The summary presents proposals to improve adaptation process in the organization.
The thesis consists of 85 pages, 25 pictures, 5 tables and 2 appendixes.
