Pirmajā daļā tiek veikts pētījums, kurā tiek noskaidrota blogu aizsākšanās vēsture, to attīstība, iedalījums un aktualitāte.
The timeliness of the fashion culture and its promotion in Latvia over recent years has just gained. The aforesaid is evidenced by the performances and achievements of the local undertakers, designers, artists and other fashion representatives not merely locally, but also outside the national boundaries. The field of fashion and of the fashion culture lays in the creative industry, wherewith the according attitude on the part of public institutions and mass media is expected. Irrespective of the national strategy, which is not overly concerned with support of the fashion industry, in our country the fashion culture is rather developed. The representatives of the fashion industry refer not only to the designers and artists, but also to the journalists, stylists, bloggers, representatives of mass media etc. Our country is rich in gifted experts of this field. If every industry representative provided his support, creativity and ideas, then the Latvian fashion industry would be sustainable.
