Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot profesionāļu viedokli par līderību, noskaidrot līderu iezīmes uzņēmumā „KONRON” un izstrādāt priekšlikumus līderības uzlabošanai.
Darbā iegūtie rezultāti atspoguļo šobrīd esošo situāciju un pastāvošās problēmas uzņēmumā „KONRON”. Uzņēmumā ir vairāki oficiāli nozīmētie līderi, bet ne visiem ir spējas un iezīmes, kam būtu jāpiemīt.
