Abstract

Līderībai pēdējā laikā tiek piešķirta arvien lielāka nozīme, jo uzņēmumi apzinās veiksmīgu līderu lomu efektivitātes paaugstināšanā. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot profesionāļu viedokli par līderību, noskaidrot līderu iezīmes uzņēmumā „KONRON” un izstrādāt priekšlikumus līderības uzlabošanai. Darbā iegūtie rezultāti atspoguļo šobrīd esošo situāciju un pastāvošās problēmas uzņēmumā „KONRON”. Uzņēmumā ir vairāki oficiāli nozīmētie līderi, bet ne visiem ir spējas un iezīmes, kam būtu jāpiemīt. Darbā ir 109 lapas, 4 galvenās nodaļas, 11 apakšnodaļas, 19 attēli un 9 tabulas.

Recently leadership has been given increasing importance as companies are now aware of succesful leadership role in increasing effectivness. Aim of research is clarify views of professionals on leadership, find out leadership development derections in company „KONRON” and create proposals dor successful development. The paper reflects the results of existing situation and existing problems of the company „KONRON”. The company has number of officially designated leaders, but not all have the capacity and features they should have. Paper consists of 109 pages, 4 main chapters, 11 subchapters, 19 pictures and 9 tables.
