Diplomdarbs veltīts Latvijas Republikas Kultūras ministrijas finansēto koncertorganizāciju finanšu analīzei, kur, izmantojot koncertorganizāciju finanšu pārskatu datus, analizēts uzņēmuma finansiālais stāvoklis un darbības rezultāti, ar mērķi novērtēt uzņēmuma turpmāko finansiālo darbību.
Darbā autore analizē trīs Latvijas Republikas Kultūras ministrijas koncertorganizācijas. Diplomdarba mērķis ir, balstoties uz finanšu pārskatu un finanšu analīzes aprēķinātajiem datiem, identificēt nozīmīgākās problēmas Latvijas Republikas koncertorganizācijās un izstrādāt priekšlikumus saimnieciskās darbības uzlabošanai. Darba uzdevumi:
1.izpētīt finanšu analīzes teorētisko daļu, ņemot vērā normatīvo aktu prasības, kā arī Latvijas un ārvalstu autoru speciālo literatūru;
2.raksturot nozīmīgākos finanšu rādītājus, kas palīdz novērtēt uzņēmuma finansiālo situāciju;
3.izpētīt un novērtēt koncertorganizāciju finanšu rādītāju izmaiņas konkrētā laika periodā;
4.aprēķināt, analizēt un skaidrot iegūtos finanšu rādītāju rezultātus;
5.balstoties uz iegūtajiem finanšu analīzes rezultātiem, izstrādāt secinājumus un izvirzīt priekšlikumus analīzes objektiem finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai.
Izstrādājot diplomdarbu, autore izmanto statistiskās analīzes, ekonomiskās analīzes metodi, grafisko paņēmienu, kā arī ekonomiski - matemātisko metodi, veicot finanšu koeficientu aprēķinus ar formulām.
Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 12 apakšnodaļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā iekļauta finanšu analīzes teorētiskā informācija. Otrajā nodaļā atspoguļoti koncertorganizāciju - VSIA „Latvijas Nacionālās operas”, VSIA „Latvijas Koncerti” un VSIA „Latvijas Nacionālais simfoniskais orķestris” darbības raksturojumi. Trešajā nodaļā veikta finanšu analīze. Darba nobeigumā formulēti izdarītie secinājumi un izvirzīti priekšlikumi.
Diplomdarbs sastāv no 76 lapaspusēm, 26 formulām, 13 attēliem, 18 tabulām un 12 pielikumiem. The Graduation Work is focused on financial analysis of concert organizations of Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia where financial statements of the concert organizations are used to analyze the company’s financial situation to evaluate the company’s future financial activities.
The author of the Work analyses three concert organizations of Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Latvia. The aim of the Graduation Work is to identify the most important problems in concert organizations of the Republic of Latvia and to develop proposals for improving the economic performance, based on the financial statements and calculated data of the financial analysis.
The Objectives of the Graduation Work:
1.explore the theoretical part of financial analyses according to legislation and taking account Latvian and foreign authors special literature;
2.describe the most significant financial indicators that helps to evaluate the company's financial situation;
3.explore and evaluate the recession of financial indicators of the concert organization in a specific period of time;
4.calculate, analyse and interpret the obtained results of financial indicators;
5.based on the results of financial analysis, develop conclusions and put forward proposals to improve the situation of the analysed objects.
The author of the Work uses statistical analysis, economic analysis, graphical techniques, as well as economic - mathematical methods for the calculation of financial ratios with formulas.
The Graduation Work consists of 3 sections and 12 subsections. There is theoretical information of the financial analysis in the first chapter. The second chapter describes companies SLLC "Latvian National Opera", SLLC "Latvian Concerts" and SLLC "Latvian National Symphony Orchestra" performance characteristics. The financial analyse is on third chapter. The conclusions and proposals are set down in the conclusion of the Work.
The Graduation Work consists of 76 pages, 26 formulas, 13 pictures, 18 tables and 12 annexes.
