SIA „Spring Valley” finanšu stāvokļa analīze no 2012. līdz 2014. gadam un uzņēmuma attīstības perspektīvas

Abstract

Darba tēma ir „SIA „Spring Valley” finanšu stāvokļa analīze no 2012. līdz 2014. gadam un uzņēmuma attīstības perspektīvas”. Darba mērķis ir analizēt uzņēmuma SIA „Spring Valley” finanšu stāvokli no 2012. līdz 2014. gadam un izvērtēt uzņēmuma nākotnes darbības perspektīvas. Lai sasniegtu darba mērķi, ir izvirzīti šādi uzdevumi: 1.Veikt literatūras un informācijas avotu teorētisko apskati par uzņēmuma finanšu stāvokļa analīzi, mācību tirgus nozari, stratēģijām nākotnes ieceru īstenošanai; 2.Izanalizēt uzņēmuma SIA „Spring Valley” gada pārskatus no 2012. līdz 2014. gadam, izpētīt mācību uzņēmumu tirgu un SIA „Spring Valley” perspektīvas šajā tirgū; 3.Veikt secinājumus par izvirzītajiem uzdevumiem, izteikt priekšlikumus. Darbs sastāv no ievada, četrām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras saraksta un avotu saraksta, kā arī pielikumiem. Darba apjoms ir 60 lappuses. Tas satur 10 attēlus, 8 tabulas, 3 pielikumus un tapis, izmantojot 39 literatūras un interneta avotus, kā arī uzņēmuma nepublicēto informāciju.

The theme of the Paper is „SIA “Spring Valley” Financial position analysis from Year 2012 to Year 2014 and company’s Development Opportunities”. The aim of the Paper is to analyse Financial Statements from Year 2012 to Year 2014 and evaluate the development opportunities of the company. To reach the aim of the Paper the following tasks were put forward: 1.To analyze theoretical literature and information sources on the company’s financial position, training market industry, strategies for development opportunities; 2.To analyze SIA “Spring Valley” Financial statements from Year 2012 to Year 2014, explore training market industry and SIA “Spring Valley” perspectives in this market; 3.To elaborate Conclusions for nominated tasks, prepare Proposals. The Paper consists of the Introduction, four Chapters, Conclusions and Proposals, list of reference to the literature and sources, as well as appendices. The amount of the Paper is 60 pages. It contains 10 pictures, 8 charts, 3 appendices and 39 literature and internet sources were used, as well as unpublicised information of the company.
