Dienvidslāvu tautu tēls XIX gadsimta pirmās puses franču literatūrā

Abstract

Darbs ir imagoloģijas pētījums, kura temats ir dienvidslāvu tautu tēls XIX gadsimta pirmās puses franču literatūrā. Izmantota darbā starpdisciplinārā zinātniskā imagoloģijas metode ir tieši saistīta ar literatūras vēsturisko, sociālo un kultūras kontekstu.Dienvidslāvofilija XIX gadsimta pirmās puses franču literatūrā izpaužas caur slāvu barbaru primitīvisma, neattīstības un eksotisma idealizāciju, kuru stimulē romantisma kustības „dižciltīga mežoņa” dzīvi slavinošie postulāti. Dienvidslāvofobija tika izteikta kā atbilde politiskai situācijai, kuru noteica bailes no iespējamas Krievijas dominācijas starp slāvu tautām, panslāvisma politikas problēmas, kā arī „austrumu jautājums”.

The subject of this research work is the image of the South Slavs in French literature in the first half of the XIX century. The imagological method used in the research is an interdisciplinary study area which springs from the literature, but is also affected by historical, social and cultural context. In the French literature of the XIX century, the yugoslavophilia was expressed through an idealization of primitivism, underdevelopment and exoticism of the Slavic “barbarians” stimulated by the postulates of the Romantic movement which praised the life of the “noble savage”. The yugoslavophobia was expressed as a result of the politics marked by the fear of the possibility of the Russian supremacy among Slavs, political issues called “Pan-slavism” and the “Eastern Question”.
