Vārda brīvība plašsaziņas līdzekļos un tā ietekme uz tiesu varas autoritāti un objektivitāti

Abstract

Bakalaura darba izvirzītais mērķis ir izpētīt, vai plašsaziņas līdzekļos sniegtā informācija spēj ietekmēt tiesu varas objektivitāti un autoritāti, kā arī attiecībā uz šo jautājumu, tiks apskatīts arī vārda brīvības princips un cik tālu sniedzas šis principa jēdziens presē. Tiks sniegts priekšstats par tiesu varas objektivitāti un tā kā šis jēdziens, pēc autora domām, ir vairāk saistīts ar nevainīguma prezumpciju, tiks sniegts arī neliels šī jēdziena skaidrojums, kā arī izpētīts, kā, attiecībā uz plašsaziņas līdzekļiem, šis princips var tikt pārkāpts. Lai noskaidrotu, vai plašsaziņas līdzekļos paustie viedokļi spēj ietekmēt tiesu varas autoritāti, tiks veikts neliels ieskats šī jēdziena saturā un galvenokārt tiks vērtēta tiesas, un tiesnešu kritikas iespaids uz sabiedrību, kā arī vārda brīvības robežas attiecībā uz šo jautājumu. Bachelor thesis objective is to investigate whether the information provided by the media are able to influence the impartiality and authority of the judiciary, as well as regards to this question, will be considered principle of freedom of epression and how far this principle extends the concept of press. Will be provided the idea of the impartiality and since this concept, according to the author, is more associated with the presumption of innocence, will also be given a small explanation of his concept, as well as examining how, in relations to the media, this principle can be violated. To ascertain whether the opinions expressed in the media are able to influence the judiciary authority, will take a small insight into this concept and content, mainly evaluated the impact on society by the critique devoted to judges and courts, as well as the limits of freedom of expression in relation to this issue.
