Pacientu ar alkohola toksisko iedarbību observācijas ekonomiskie un cilvēkresursu aspekti

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma: „Pacientu ar alkohola toksisko iedarbību observācijas ekonomiskie un cilvēkresursu aspekti”. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot nepieciešamos ekonomiskos un cilvēku resursus pacientu ar alkohola intoksikāciju aprūpē. Pētījuma jautājums: kādi ekonomiskie un cilvēku resursi ir nepieciešami pacientu ar alkohola intoksikāciju aprūpē? Maģistra darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas, kā arī 3 pielikumiem. Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizētas H. Peplau un E. Videnbahas māszinību teorijas, apskatīta alkoholisma izplatība pasaulē un Latvijā, analizēta informācija par alkoholismu, alkohola reibumu pavadošajiem stāvokļiem, aprūpes īpatnībām un vadlīnijām neatliekamās medicīnas klīnikā, kā arī nepieciešamajiem cilvēkresursiem pacientu ar alkohola intoksikāciju aprūpē. Veikts kvalitatīvi kvantitatīvais pētījums vienā no neatliekamās medicīnas klīnikām Rīgā. Pētīta 100 neatliekamās medicīnas klīnikā 2014. gadā nokļuvušo pacientu ar alkohola intoksikāciju aprūpes dokumentācija ar datu apkopošanas protokola palīdzību. The theme of Master’s work: „Economic and Human Resources of Observation of Patients with the Toxic Effect of Alcohol”. The aim of paper: to clarify necessary economic and human resources of care on patients with the toxic effect of alcohol. The research question: what economic and human resources are needed in care on patients with the toxic effect of alcohol? The Master’s work consists of theoretical and research part, and also 3 supplements. In the theoretical part of the report is analyzed H. Peplau and E. Wiedenbach’s nursing theories, prevalence of alcoholism in the world and Latvia, analyzed information about alcoholism, alcohol intoxication accompanying conditions, care modalities and guidelines for emergency medical clinic, and also about human resources necessary in care on patients with alcohol intoxication. The qualitative – quantitative research is conducted in one of the emergency medical clinics in Riga. During the research is studied care documentation of 100 patients with alcohol intoxication, who occurred in emergency medical clinic in August 2014. Research instrument is data collection protocol.
