Pacientu ar ilgstošu un pastāvīgu traheostomu aprūpe

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma „Pacientu ar ilgstošu un pastāvīgu traheostomu aprūpe” ir izvēlēta, lai veiktu uzlabojumus aprūpē pacientiem ar ilgstošu un pastāvīgu traheostomu. Latvijā ir ap 600 pacienti ar ilgstošu vai pastāvīgu traheostomu, bet nav vienotas aprūpes koncepcijas. Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar ilgstošām vai pastāvīgām traheostomām un izstrādāt aprūpes rekomendācijas pacientiem ar ilgstošu un pastāvīgu traheostomu. Izvirzītais pētījuma jautājums: Kādas aprūpes problēmas ir pacientiem ar ilgstošu un/vai pastāvīgu traheostomu? Autores veiktais pētījums pierāda, ka ir nepieciešamas aprūpes vadlīnijas, lai izvairītos no kļūdām un nepilnībām veicot aprūpi pacientiem ar ilgstošu vai pastāvīgu traheostomu.
