Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma - Reimatoīdā artrīta pacienta līdzestība aprūpē stacionārā. Reimatoīdais artrīts ir visbiežāk sastopamais iekaisuma artrīts ar progresējošu gaitu. Veiksmīga ārstēšana lielā mērā ir atkarīga no pacienta līdzestības ārstēšanā un aprūpē. Līdzestība nozīmē pacienta apzinātu darbību ārsta norādījumu izpildē, zināšanas un atbildību par savu veselību. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot reimatoīdā artrīta pacientu līdzestību aprūpē stacionārā. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir apkopot un analizēt literatūru par reimatoīdo artrītu, līdzestību un aprūpi pacientiem ar reimatoīdo artrītu; aprakstīt D. Oremas māsu zinātnes teorijas pielietojumu darbā; izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu - anketu un veikt aptauju pacientu vidū; veikt pētījumā iegūto datu apstrādi un analīzi; izveidot secinājumus un ieteikumus. Izvirzīta hipotēze: reimatoīdā artrīta pacienta līdzestība aprūpē stacionārā ir pietiekama. Pētniecības darba instruments: strukturēta anketa. Pētniecības darba metode: kvantitatīvā. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka darba mērķis ir sasniegts un izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. Bakalaura darba izstrādāšanai tika izmantoti 45 zinātniskās literatūras avoti. The subject of the Bachelor’s Paper is Patient Compliance in the Hospital Care Process of Rheumatoid Arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis is the most common inflammatory arthritis with progressive pace. Successful treatment is largely dependent on the compliance of patients in the process of treatment and care. Compliance means conscious activities of patients fulfilling doctor’s instructions and knowledge and responsibility for their own health. The objective of the Paper is to determine the compliance of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the care process at the hospital. The tasks of the research are to summarise and analyse literature regarding rheumatoid arthritis, compliance and care of patients with rheumatoid arthritis, to describe application of D. Orem’s nursing theory in practice, to elaborate the research instrument, i.e., the questionnaire, and to carry out an inquiry among patients; to process and analyse the data acquired in research; to elaborate conclusions and recommendations. The elaborated hypothesis: the compliance of patients with rheumatoid arthritis in the care process at the hospital is sufficient. The instrument of the research work: structured questionnaire. The method of the research work: quantitative. The results of the research prove that the objective of the Paper has been achieved and that the elaborated hypothesis has been confirmed.
