Roku higiēnu ietekmējošie faktori ķirurģijas nodaļas māsām

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – „Roku higiēnu ietekmējošie faktori ķirurģijas nodaļas māsām”. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka tas, ka roku higiēna ķirurģijas nodaļas māsām ir viens no priekšnoteikumiem sekmīgam pacientu atveseļošanās procesam. Nepietiekama vai neprecīza roku higiēnas normu ievērošana var novest pie infekcijas izplatīšanās no vienas puses, savukārt, nepietiekams māsas roku veselības stāvoklis rada infekcijas risku veidošanos, kā arī negatīvi ietekmē māsas emocionālo stāvokli, kas traucē saskarsmei ar pacientu. Pētījuma mērķis ir analizēt roku higiēnas ietekmējošos faktorus ķirurģijas nodaļas māsām. Izvirzītā hipotēze  māsu roku higiēnu ietekmē dezinfekcijas līdzekļa izvēle un organisma individuālā panesība, ir apstiprinājusies. Apkopojot un analizējot pētījuma rezultātus, bakalaura darbā noskaidrots, ka 77% aptaujāto māsu roku veselības stāvoklis ir labs un teicams. Māsas precīzi izpilda nodaļā noteiktos roku dezinfekcijas principus (72%). Nav pamata bažām, ka roku higiēnas pārkāpumi būtu veicinājuši infekcijas izplatību nodaļā (100%). Pētījuma metode  bakalaura darbā lietota kvantitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma instruments  aptaujas anketa. Risinot jautājumu par roku higiēna ķirurģijas nodaļas māsām, izmantota māszinību teorētiķes V.Hendersones izstrādā teorija.

The title of the present Bachelor’s thesis is “Hand Hygiene Influencing Factors for Surgery Department Nurses”. Hand hygiene for surgery department nurses is one of the prerequisites for successful patient recuperation process, which determines the topicality of the subject. Insufficient or inaccurate application of hand hygiene norms can lead to the spread of infection on the one hand, whereas inadequate state of health of nurse’s hands may cause infection risks, as well as may have a negative impact on the emotional state of the nurse that hinders interaction with the patient. The aim of the present study is to analyze the hand hygiene influencing factors for surgery department nurses. The hypothesis that was put forward: Disinfectant choice and the individual tolerability of the body affect hand hygiene of nurses, has been proven. Summarizing and analyzing the results of the study, it has been found out in the present BA paper that 77 per cent of the surveyed nurses have good or excellent hand health condition. Nurses implement perfectly hand disinfection principles established by the department (72%). There is no reason for fear that the hand hygiene violations would have contributed to the spread of infection at the department.(100%). Research method: Qualitative research method has been used in the present BA thesis. Research instrument: Questionnaire Addressing the issue of hand hygiene for surgery department nurses, the theory of nursing studies theoretician V. Henderson has been applied.
