Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: stresa menedžments ķirurģijas nodaļā strādājošām māsām. Šķiet, nebūs neviena cilvēka, kurš nebūtu dzirdējis vai pats saskāries ar jēdzienu „stress darba vietā”. Autore ir ieinteresēta, lai izpētītu ķirurģijas nodaļā strādājošo māsu darba ikdienu, cik bieži viņas saskaras ar stresu un kā viņas prot atrast savu stresa menedžmentu jeb atbrīvošanos no stresa. Pētījuma mērķis ir noskaidrot stresa menedžmentu ķirurģijas nodaļā strādājošām māsām. Pētījuma metode: kvalitatīvā – intervija. Tika intervētas 6 ķirurģijas māsas. Pētījuma uzdevumi ir: apzināt un apkopot zinātnisko literatūru par stresu, tā izcelšanos, faktoriem, iedarbību un novēršanu, izstrādāt pētījuma instrumentu – intervijas jautājumus, veikt interviju, veikt pētījuma iegūto rezultātu apkopošanu un apstrādi, apzināt un interpretēt iegūtos rezultātus un veikt secinājumus. Uz pētniecības jautājumu – stresa menedžments ķirurģijas nodaļā strādājošām māsām tika atbildēts ar šādām kategorijām un jēdzieniem - darba organizēšana, laicīga informācijas saņemšana, paškontrole un brīvais laiks. Theme of bachelor’s work is: nurses stress management in surgery department. Looks like there is no person, who didn’t hear or didn’t experience what is „stress at work”. Author is interested to research daily work of nurses who work in surgery department, how often do they have stress and how they can find their stress management or how they can be free from stress. The purpose of the research is to find out sress management for nurses who work in surgery department. Method of the research: qualitative – interview. 6 surgery nurses were interviewed. Tasks of the research are: to find out and gather scientific literature on stress, how it begins, sircumstances, it’s effects and removal, to work on research tool – questions for interviews, interviewing nurses, collect the results of interviews, understand and interprete received results and make conclusions. We answered on research question – stress management for nurses who work in surgery department, with these categories and concepts – organization of work, early receival of information, self-control and free time.
