Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – medicīnas māsas vizuālais tēls pacienta skatījumā. Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka, ka medicīnas māsu vizuālo tēlu reglamentē dokumenti tādi kā, medicīnas iestādes valdes rīkojumi, higiēnas un pretepidēmiskā režīma prasības. Darba autors vēlējās sīkāk noskaidrot, kā medicīnas māsu vizuālo tēlu ķirurģijas klīnikā novērtē pacienti, kas var būt viens no faktoriem komunikāciju problēmu risināšanai starp ārstniecības un aprūpes personālu un slimniekiem. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot pacientu viedokli par medicīnas māsas vizuālā tēlu klīniskajā vidē. Pētniecības uzdevumi ir, veikt zinātniskās literatūras apkopošana un analīze par faktoriem, kas raksturo medicīnas māsas vizuālo tēlu. Analizēt aprūpes un saskarsmes jēdzienu saistībā ar Iean Watson aprūpes teorija, pētījuma instrumenta – aptaujas anketas izstrādāšana, pētījuma veikšana, iegūto datu apkopošana un analīze un secinājuma formulēšana. Izvirzītais pētniecības jautājums: kāds ir medicīnas māsas vizuālais tēls pacienta skatījumā? Pētniecības instruments: aptaujas anketa. Pētniecības metode: kvantitatīvā. Veicot pētījumu, tika īstenots mērķis, un atbildēts uz jautājumu: medicīnas māsas vizuālais tēls pacienta skatījumā ir kopumā pozitīvs, kas rada patīkamu pirmo iespaidu un veicina tālāko komunikāciju visu pacienta ārstēšanas laiku.

The theme of this bachelors job is the visual perspective of a nurse from the viewpoint of a patient. The importance of this theme is determined by documents such as regulations by the board of of medical institutions and requirements set by hygiene and anti-epidemic regime which both set the standards for the visual appearance for nurses. The author of this work wanted to better understand how the visual appearance of nurses in a surgical environment is assessed by the patients, which can then better explain the current issue of communication between thetreatment and carepersonneland the patients. The goal of this work is to better understand the opinion of patients about the visual appearance of nurses in a surgical environment. The assingnments of this research are to make a round up of any scientific literature relevant to this issue, analysis of factors which characterize the visual appearance of a nurse, analysis of care and communication using the care theory developed by Iean Watson, the way this research will be conducted is trough survey forms, the conduction of research and the roundind up of and the analysis of the acquired data as well as formulation of a conclusion. The main question raised by this reasearch: What is the visual appearance of madical nurses from the viewpoint of a patient? Reseach tools: Survey forms. Reseach methods: Quantity. After the conduction of the research the goal was fuffilled, and the answer to the question was given - the visual appearance of madical nurses from the viewpoint of a patient are mostly positive, which creates a pleasant first impression, and stimulates the further communication during the entire patients treatment time.
