SIA „Rīgas Centrālais termināls” finanšu analīze

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma ir SIA “Rīgas Centrālais termināls” finanšu analīze. Maģistra darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz finanšu pārskatu un kravu apgrozījuma analīzes pamata, izvirzīt priekšlikumus termināļa darbības uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 4 nodaļām, kur 1.nodaļā tiek aprakstīti finanšu analīzes pamatprincipi un nostādnes, 2. nodaļā tiek raksturota termināļa darbības vide, kas ietver sevī nozares, paša uzņēmuma un tuvākā konkurenta raksturojumu. 3. nodaļā tiek analizēti iegūtie finanšu rādītāji, un salīdzināti ar tuvāko konkurentu un nozari, savukārt 4. nodaļā tiek analizēts termināļa kravu apgrozījums un prognozēts tā apjoms 2015.gadam. Darba noslēgumā autore izstrādā secinājumus un izvirza priekšlikumus termināļa darbības uzlabošanai. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 93 lapaspusēm, kurās ietverti 38 attēli, 4 tabulas un 21 formulas, kā arī darbam pievienoti 16 pielikumi.

The title of current Master Thesis is Financial analysis of “Rigas Centralais terminals” Ltd. The main purpose of this thesis is to perform analysis based on the financial statements and cargo turnover and develop proposals to improve the efficiency of the Terminal. The Thesis consists of four chapters. First chapter describes the basic principles of financial analysis and guidelines; second chapter describes the Terminal operating environment that includes industry, current terminal and the nearest competitor. Chapter three deals with analyses of financial indicators obtained and compared with the nearest competitor and the industry. Chapter four analyses terminal cargo turnover and create forecast for next year. In conclusion, the author formulate conclusions and proposals to improve the efficiency of the Terminal. The Master Thesis consist of 93 pages, which includes 38 images, 4 tables and 21 formulas.
