Islāma valsts: vēsture un ideoloģija

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir "Islāma valsts: vēsture un ideoloģija". Šajā darbā tiek pētīti "Islāma valsts" rašanās apstākļi, kā arī ideoloģija, kas nosaka tās darbības pamatprincipus. Teroristisko grupējumu evolūcijas kontekstā "Islāma valsts" vēsture tiek skatīta caur divu tās līderu biogrāfiju prizmu - Abu Musaba al Zarkavi un Abu Bakra al Bagdadi. 2015. gada nogalē "Islāma valsts" ir ieņēmusi teritorijas kā Irākā, tā arī Sīrijā, līdz ar to tiek apskatīta arī šo divu valstu jaunāko laiku vēsture un tie procesi, kas ir veicinājuši konfliktus reliģisko grupu starpā, tādējādi nodrošinot labu augsni terorismam. Darba pēdējā daļā tiek apskatīta "Islāma valsts" ideoloģija, kas balstās uz trīs stūrakmeņiem – džihādisms, salafisms un apokalipses kults. Autors secina, ka "Islāma valsts" ir ne tikai teroristisks grupējums, bet arī organizācija ar spēcīgu reliģiski ideoloģisko bāzi, kas radusies noteiktu vēsturisko faktoru rezultātā.

The title of this bachelor's thesis is "The Islamic State: History and Ideology". The author explores the circumstances concerning the creation of "The Islamic State", as well as the ideology that determines the basic principles of this organization. The history of "The Islamic State" is viewed through the biographies of its two leaders - Abu Musab al-Zarqawi and Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi. In 2015 "The Islamic State" has captured territories in Iraq and Syria, therefore the modern history of these two countries and the trends that have promoted conflicts among religious groups become part of this paper. The last chapter of this paper deals with the ideology of "The Islamic State", which is based on three foundation-stones: jihadism, Salafism, and doomsday cult ideology. "The Islamic State" is not only a terrorist group, but also an organization with a powerful religious and ideological foundation, that came into existence in a result of certain historical factors.
