Cietušā loma izlīguma procesā un sekundārā viktimizācija

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā „Cietušā loma izlīguma procesā un sekundārā viktimizācija” pētīta tādu trīs jautājumu kā cietušais kriminālprocesā, izlīguma process un sekundārā viktimizācija savstarpējā saistība un nozīme, ievērojot būtisko nozīmi cietušā vajadzību un interešu nodrošināšanā, kam līdz šim tika pievērsta tikai pakārtota nozīme, un ievērojot Eiropas parlamenta un padomes direktīvas Nr.2012/29/ES, ar ko nosaka noziegumos cietušo tiesību, atbalsta un aizsardzības minimālos standartus un aizstāj Padomes Pamatlēmumu 2001/220/TI, aktualitāti. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām, pirmā nodaļa ir cietušā kriminālprocesā raksturojums, kas ietver vispārīgu apskatu, cietušā vajadzību un tiesību analīzi. Otrā nodaļa ir izlīguma procesa un cietušā lomas izlīgumā apskats. Trešā nodaļa ir sekundārās viktimizācijas apskats, kas sastāv no jēdziena raksturojuma, sekundārās viktimizācijas cēloņu un novēršanas risinājumu apskata.

Bachelor's work „The role of the victim in the settlement process and secondary victimization” contains research of the relationship and the importance of three questions as the victim in criminal proceedings, the settlement process and secondary victimization, in view of the significant role of the needs and interests of the victim, which until now has been only a subordinate role, and in the light of the European Parliament and Council Directive No 2012/29/ES laying down a crime victims' rights, support and protection of minimum standards, and replacing Council Framework Decision 2001/220/TI, currency. Bachelor's work consists of three sections, the first chapter is characterization of the victim in criminal proceedings, which include a general overview, analysis of the victim's needs. The second chapter is an overview of settlement process and the role of the victim in the settlement process. Chapter three is an overview of secondary victimization which consists of an overview of secondary victimization, causes and prevention solution.
