Abstract
Promocijas darbs veltits lidz šim zinatniskaja periodika neaprakstitu jonu škidrumu - cviterjonu škidrumu sorbcijas petijumiem, izmantojot apgrieztas fazes sorbentus augstefektivas škidrumu hromatografijas apstaklos. Darba gaita noteikti analizejamo savienojumu sorbcijas koeficienti, joslu asimetrijas un efektivitates faktori atkariba no organiska modifikatora daudzuma eluenta un jonu paru reagenta veida. Parbaudita lineara solventa stipruma modela atbilstiba sorbcijas koeficientu prognozešanai homologu rindu ietvaros. Noskaidrota temperaturas un organiska modifikatora ietekme uz analizejamo cviterjonu škidrumu termodinamiskiem sorbcijas parametriem - entalpiju, entropiju un Gibsa energiju. Cviterjonu škidrumu sorbcija izverteta, izmantojot dažadas hidrofobitates un silanolaktivitates hromatografiskas kolonnas. Izstradata metode cviterjonu škidrumu izdališanai apgrieztas fazes augstefektivas škidrumu hromatografijas kustigas fazes sastava gradienta apstaklos. Veikta ari cviterjonu škidrumu tandemmasspektrometriska identifikacija, izmantojot jonizaciju ar elektroizsmidzinašanu. Izmantojot sadursmju induceto disociaciju, noskaidroti iespejamie fragmentacijas mehanismi, ka ari izverteta gredzena otras vietas metilgrupas ietekme uz masspektra ipašibam imidazola rindas cviterjonu škidrumiem.
 
The experimental section of PhD thesis contains sorption research of new ionic liquids – zwitterionic in reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography system. The influence of the mobile phase composition on the retention factors, asymmetry and number of theoretical plates has been observed as well as influence of mobile phase pH, buffer concentration and temperature on the zwitterionic liquids sorption parameters using ion chromatography was detected. Experimental and theoretical retention factors are compared in given conditions. Influence of temperature and organic modifier on thermodynamics sorption parameters such as enthalpy, entropy and Gibbs energy of zwitterionic liquids was detected. Fast and convenient qualitative analytical method was performed for separation of zwitterionic liquid using mobile phase gradient conditions. The last experimental section contains identification of zwitterionic liquids by electrospray tandem masspectrometry. Collision induced dissociation was used to investigate purposed fragmentation mechanisms and influence of methyl substituted imidazolium ring to masspectrometry properties of the zwitterionic liquids.
