Motivācijas sistēmas pilnveidošana SIA "Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks"

Bakalaura darba tēma ir Motivācijas sistēmas izpēte un pilnveidošana SIA „Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot vai SIA „Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks” ir izveidojis motivācijas sistēmu, izpētīt kāda ir šī sistēma un sniegt priekšlikumus tās pilnveidei. Darba teorētiskajā daļā apskatīta teorija par uzņēmuma iekšējās vides analīzi, Maslova vajadzību teorija un Hercberga motivācijas teorija. Darba mērķu sasniegšanai tika izmantota pētījuma metode – anketēšana, kurā piedalījās 73 no uzņēmuma darbiniekiem. Bakalaura darba ietvaros apkopoti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi motivācijas sistēmas uzlabošanai. The theme of bachelor's work is a research and development of the SIA „Rīgas Namu pārvaldnieks” motivation system. The aim of bachelor's work is to find out how SIA „Rīgas Namu pārvaldnieks” has created a motivation system, to explore what is this system and to make proposals for its improving. In the theoretical part of the work is viewed the theory about the company’s internal environmental analysis, Herzberg's motivation theory and Maslow's needs theory. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, was used the method of survey, in which take part 73 of the company’s employees. Within the framework of bachelor's work is summarized the conclusions and made proposals for the improvement of motivation system
