The objects of this research are the 1 ) 1 ( B a nd the 1 ) 2 ( D states in KCs, and the 1 ) 1 ( B state in RbCs . The high resolution laser induced fluorescence spectra of the KCs and RbCs molecules were recorded by a Fourier - transform spectrometer (Brucker IFS – 125HR, resolution 0,003 cm - 1 ). An Ar buffer gas was us ed to facilitate the appearance of the rotation relaxation lines , thus enlarging the obtained datasets. The dependencies of a Λ - doubling constant v q and a rotational constant v B on a rotational quantum number J have been used to select a less perturbed term values which has been included in the fit. A pointwise potential energy curves based on the inverted perturbation approach were constructed for the all three electronic states un der study. The molecular constants for the 1 ) 1 ( B and the 1 ) 2 ( D states as well as for some vibrational levels of the near lying 1 ) 3 ( C state were obtained and compared with their theoretical counterparts. Thesis consists of 14 6 pages, which includes 8 chapters, including introduction, 42 figures, 17 tables, and references from 162 sources.
