Abstract
Bakalaura darba tēma ir uzņēmuma SIA „Gelvora” stratēģiskās attīstības virzieni. Darba izvirzītā problēma ir stratēģiskās attīstības plānošanas trūkums uzņēmumā SIA “Gelvora”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, veicot uzņēmuma stratēģiskās attīstības analīzi, noteikt attīstības virzienu ārpustiesas parādu piedziņas uzņēmumam SIA „Gelvora” un uz tā pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus tālākai uzņēmuma attīstībai. Bakalaura darbā tika veikta SIA „Gelvora” darbības analīze piecu gadu griezumā, sākot ar 2011. gadu. Pētījums parāda, ka uzņēmums ierindojas līderu grupā un ir konkurētspējīgs savā nozarē, taču, lai uzņēmums varētu uzlabot savus darbības rādītājus, tam ir nepieciešams pieņemt lēmumu par stratēģisku uzņēmuma attīstību. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no 71 lapaspuses (neieskaitot pielikumu), kurās ir iekļauti 26 attēli, 9 tabulas, 2 formulas un 8 pielikumi.

Main purpose of the thesis is trough analysis of the strategic development, determine extrajudicial debt collection company's SIA „Gelvora” development directions and on this basis determine and propose future development directions for the company. Bachelor thesis includes five-year analysis of company's performance starting from 2011, which shows that SIA „Gelvora” is among the leaders in its sector, but to improve its performance it is necessary to make a strategic decision for the company's development. Bachelor thesis consists of 71 pages (except attachment), including 26 pictures, 9 tables, 2 formulas and 8 attachments.
