Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir finanšu analīze A/S „Talsu mežrūpniecība”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uz A/S “Talsu mežrūpniecība” finanšu analīzes un izpētes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma finansiālā stāvokļa un saimnieciskās darbības efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no četrām nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek apskatīti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti, otrajā nedaļā tiek padziļināti izpētīta koeficientu analīzes metode finanšu analīzes veikšanai, trešajā nodaļā ir atrodams meža nozares un A/S „Talsu mežrūpniecība” vispārējs apraksts un ceturtajā nodaļā tiek veikta A/S „Talsu mežrūpniecība” finanšu analīze, kā arī darba beigās pievienoti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Darbs sastāv no 67 lapām. Darba izstrādei ir izmantota mācību literatūra, interneta resursi, Centrālās Statistikas pārvaldes dati un A/S „Talsu mežrūpniecība” finanšu pārskati.

The theme of this thesis is financial analysis of joint stock company “Talsu mežrūpniecība”. The aim of this thesis is to make proposals for JSC “Talsu mežrūpniecība” to improve financial situation and economic activity efficiency on the basis of research and analysis. Thesis consists of four chapters The first chapter is the theoretical aspects of the financial analysis, the second chapter is theory of financial ratio analysis, the third chapter is forest sector and JSC "Talsu mežrūpniecība" general description and the fourth section is JSC "Talsu mezrupnieciba” 'financial analysis, also at the end of work attached conclusions and motions. The work consists of 67 pages. Thesis is based on economic literature, Internet resources, the Central Statistical Bureau's data and JSC "Talsu mežrūpniecība” financial statements.
