Abstract
Diplomdarba nosaukums: UZŅĒMUMA SIA “FRIP” FINANŠU ANALĪZE Diplomdarba mērķis: Diplomdarba mērķis: izpētīt uzņēmumu un tā finanšu pārskatus, veikt finanšu analīzi un bankrota prognozēšanu, novērtēt sabiedrības finansiālo stāvokli, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālās situācijas uzlabošanai. Diplomdarbā tiek aplūkots uzņēmuma SIA ,,FRIP’’ darbības raksturojums. Tiek analizēti uzņēmuma līdzekļi un līdzekļu avoti, izmantojot finanšu pārskatu horizontālo un vertikālo analīzes metodi, kā arī tiek veikta uzņēmuma finanšu koeficentu analīze un bankrota prognozēšana, tādejādi novērtējot uzņēmuma finansiālo stāvokli un noskaidrojot finansiālā stāvokļa izmaiņu cēloņus un uzņēmuma turpmākās attīstības iespējas. Tiek veikta uzņēmuma SIA ..FRIP’’ galveno finanšu rādītāju un finanšu koeficientu salīdzināšana ar konkurentu finanšu rādītājiem. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 78 lappuses, darbā ievietotas 17 tabulas, 14 attēli un 9 pielikumi, izmantoti 19 bibliogrāfiskie avoti. The main aim of the diploma is to study finance statement of the company, to analyze financial statements, to predict bankruptcy and evaluate financial standing of the company and provide proposals for improvements of the company’s financial situation. The diploma contains description of SIA ,,FRIP’’ activities. The results of company’s financial activities are investigated using horizontal and vertical methods of financial statements analysis. Also, financial coefficients are analyzed and done bankruptcy predictions, therefore providing evaluation of the changes in the company’s financial standing and stressing out potential causes of it. The results of company’s financial activities are compared with company’s main competitor. The diploma contains 78 pages, including 17 tables, 14 pictures and 9 appendixes, 19 reference sources have been used. Key words: analysis, coefficient, indicator, ability
