Korporatīvās un sociālās atbildības attīstības salīdzinājums Latvijā un Norvēģijā

Abstract

Maģistra darba autore ir Līga Jenča- Salcēviča, darba tēma “Korporatīvās un sociālās atbildības attīstības salīdzinājums Latvijā un Norvēģijā”. Ja Latvijā jēdziens korporatīvā sociālā atbildība (turpmāk – KSA) ir salīdzinoši jauns, tad Norvēģija tiek uzskatīta par vienu no līderiem pasaulē KSA jomā. Ir būtiski ir salīdzināt šīs KSA prakses Latvijā un Norvēģijā, un, balstoties uz labāko Norvēģijas praksi, Latvijas uzņēmumiem piemērot KSA stratēģijas pamatprincipu savā praksē. Maģistra darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Darba pirmajā nodaļā apskatīti KSA teorētiskie aspekti, otrajā nodaļā salīdzināta Latvijas un Norvēģijas KSA attīstība, trešajā nodaļā autore ar praktiska pētījuma palīdzību identificē KSA attīstības praktiskos aspektus Latvijā mazo un vidējo uzņēmu (turpmāk tekstā MVU) sektorā, salīdzinot ar KSA sociālo un vides problēmu jomā Norvēģijā. Teoriju analīzes un veiktās izpētes rezultātā izstrādāti ieteikumi uzņēmējiem un uzņēmējdarbības attīstības plānošanā iesaistītajām institūcijām. Pētījuma jautājums: Kādas aktivitātes ir jāveic KSA sekmīgas attīstības nodrošināšanai?

The Master’s Thesis ‘Comparison of Corporate and Social Responsibility in Latvia and Norway’, author: Līga Jenča-Salcēviča While in Latvia the concept of corporate social responsibility (hereinafter – CSR) is relatively new, Norway is said to be one of the leading countries in the world as regards CSR. It is crucial to compare its practice in Latvia and Norway and apply the best CRS strategies to the Latvian enterprises according to the Norwegian benchmark. The Master’s Thesis is composed of three chapters. The first chapter discusses theoretical aspects of CSR, the second chapter deals with comparison of the development of CSR in Latvia and Norway, and the third chapter, on the basis of the research, identifies practical aspects regarding CSR development in SME sector in Latvia, by comparing CSR in the field of social and environmental issues in Norway. As a result of theoretical analysis and the empirical part, recommendations are proposed for entrepreneurs and institutions responsible for business planning. The objective of the research: What activities should be carried out in order to ensure successful development of CSR?
