Originally complicity institute was not separated, membership had also been included into it. Over time complicity was separated from membership, it had been proved these are two different institutions. Consequently, complicity became an independant field, inlcuding organizers, instigators and supporters. The main objective of Bachelor’s work is to investigate types of partners in criminal offense, their historical development, qualification in practice and foreign framework. Investigating theory and practice, the author concludes that there are still existing cases, when types of partners are wrongly qualified. The author has described these cases, investigated also foreign framework and recommended, what changes should be made in criminal law in connection with foreign framework. Bachelor’s work consists of 3 chapters and 4 sections. 1st chapter describes historical development of complicity and types of complicity. 2nd chapter describes types of complicity - organizer, instigator and supporter. This chapter also describes problems existing in qualification types of complicity. 3rd chapter investigates foreign framework – how complicity are being qualified in other countries and how is it different from criminal law.
