Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Ceļa servitūts.” Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt ceļa servitūta nodibināšanas kārtību, iespējamās kļūdas, praksē nodibināto servitūtu problēmjautājumus un to risinājumus. Bakalaura darba tapšanas stadijā autors izmantoja zinātnisko literatūru, normatīvos aktus, kā arīi ar to tapšanu saistītos dokumentus un juridiskās prakses materiālus. Darbā ir apskatīti gan Civillikumā noteiktie servitūtu nodibināšanas pamati, gan citi iespējamie nodibināšanas pamati, pēc kā ir analizēta ceļa servitūta problemātika un tās risinājumi, kas sasaucas ar vēsturiskajiem aspektiem ceļa servitūtu nodibināšanas praksē. The name of bachelor’s work is “Road easement.” Bachelor’s work purpose is to explore procedure of establishment of road easement, potential mistakes, issues and solutions. In stage of making bachelor’s work, author used scientific literature, normative regulations, documents witch are related with them, and judicial practice. In this bachelor’s work, there are analysed basis of creation of road easement witch are included in Civil law and not included, afther wath there are analysed the problems with road easements and it’s solutions, withc call’s together with historical aspects of creation of road easement.
