Eiropas Savienības tiesību aktu ietekme ārpus Eiropas Savienības

Abstract

Eiropas Savienība starp citām pasaulē esošām valstu savienībām atšķiras ar savu unikālo tiesību sistēmu, kurā dalībvalstis ir nodevušas Eiropas Savienībai daļu savas suverenitātes, padarot sev par saistošiem tiesību aktus, kurus pieņem Eiropas Savienība kā supranacionāla organizācija. Tomēr aktualizējas jautājums, vai Eiropas Savienības tiesību akti ietekmē tikai dalībvalstis un vai šo tiesību aktu ietekme nav jūtama arī ārpus Eiropas Savienības robežām. Šī darba ietvaros tiek analizēts vai un kādā mērā Eiropas Savienības tiesību akti ietekmē valstis un citus subjektus ārpus Eiropas Savienības, un kādā veidā šī ietekme rodas. Darbā tiek noskaidroti galvenie veidi, kādos Eiropas Savienības tiesību akti ir radījuši ietekmi uz citām valstīm, un kādas izmaiņas šo valstu normatīvajos aktos tā rezultātā ir radušās.The European Union differs from all other international unions of states by its unique legal system in which its member states has given part of their sovereignty to the Union, therefore making binding all legal acts adopted by the Union as a supranational organization. Meanwhile, the question arises if the legal acts of the European Union influence solely the member states and if the impact of these legal acts cannot be found outside the borders of the Union. Within this research it is analyzed whether and to what extent the impact of legal acts of the European Union reach outside the borders of the Union and what is the source of it. This research finds the main ways in which legal acts of the European Union have created an impact on other states and what kind of changes in the legal acts have been made in the result of this impact.
