Maģistra darba nosaukums - Aprūpes līmeņu ietekme uz māsu darbu Aprūpes nodaļā. Darbs sastāv no trīs daļām – māsu aprūpes teoriju analīzes, Latvijas faktisko apstākļu kopuma pētījums par pacientu aprūpi un pētījums konkrētā aprūpes nodaļā. Darba aktualitāti pamato nepieciešamība uzlabot darba organizāciju Aprūpes nodaļā. Darba mērķis - izpētīt māsu darbu Aprūpes nodaļā, atbilstoši konkrētiem pacienta aprūpes līmeņiem. Pētījuma jautājums: Kā aprūpes līmeņi ietekmē māsu darbu aprūpes nodaļā? Darbā izmantotas pētījuma metodes – kvalitatīva un kvantitatīva. Veikta dokumentu izvērtēšana, māsu novērošana aprūpes nodaļā un iegūtas intervijas ar māsām. Iegūtie rezultāti norāda, ka nepieciešams atkāpties no pacienta dalījuma pa dažādiem aprūpes līmeņiem, bet koncentrēties uz katra pacienta vajadzībām. Master's thesis title - Care levels effects on the workload of nursing in care unit. The thesis consists of three parts - the nursing care theory analysis, Latvian factual study of patient care and research Care unit. Work actuality justified by the need to improve the organization of Care unit. The aim - to explore the work of nursing Care unit for the specific patient care levels. The research question is: How to care levels affect nurses work in Care unit? Master's thesis used research methods - qualitative and quantitative. Performed document assessment, observation of nurses in Care unit and obtained interviews with the nurses. The results obtained indicate that it is necessary to depart from the breakdown of the patient through the different levels of care, but to focus on the individual patient's needs.
