Māsu profesionālās ētikas principu piemērošana onkoloģisko pacientu aprūpē

Maģistra darba tēma „Māsu profesionālās ētikas principu pielietošana onkoloģisko pacientu aprūpē‖. Mērķis: Noskaidrot kā māsas izprot profesionālās ētikas principus, to nozīmi un īstenošanas iespējas onkoloģisko pacientu aprūpē. Hipotēze: Onkoloģijas māsu attieksme pret profesionālās ētikas principus pamatojošajām vērtībām ir saistīta ar māsu vecumu un darba stāţu. Iegūtie rezultāti ir statistiski ticami un apstiprina hipotēzi. Kā pētījuma metode tika izvēlēta kombinēta– kvantitatīvā un kvalitatīvā pētījuma metode, tās instrumentārijs - anketa,- Māsu profesionālo vērtību skalas – R („Nurses Professional Values Scale – R‖), daļēji strukturētas intervijas jautājumi. Thesis theme: nursing principles of professional ethics applications to oncology patient care. Thesis aims: to find out how nurses understand the professional ethics principles, the importance and feastibility of oncology patient care. Hypothesis: oncology nurses attitude towards the principles of professional ethics, the generating values associated with nursing age and length of practice. The results are statisticaly significant and confirms the hypothesis. As the research method was chosen combined quantitative and qualitative research method, its instruments – a questionnaire Nursing Professional Values Scale – R, interview questions.
