Nitrofurāna atvasinājuma medikamentu aprite SIA "Latvijas aptieka - 1" 2014. un 2015. gadā

Abstract

Urīnceļu infekcijas kontrolei izmanto galvenokārt nitrofurānu grupas preparātus, kuru indikācijas ir ne tikai urīnizvadceļu infekciju terapija, bet ir pierādīts arī šo preparātu efekts, pielietojot tos profilakses nolūkā. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot nitrofurāna atvasinājuma grupas medikamentu lietošanas tendences pacientu pieredzi, lietojot šos medikamentus un farmaceitu pieredzi attiecībā par šo medikamentu izsniegšanas procesā gūtajiem novērojumiem. Lai sasniegtu izvirzīto mērķi, tika veikta aptiekā atprečoto recepšu datu apstrāde un analīze par 2014. un 2015. gadu. Autore objektīvākam rezultātu izvērtējumam veikusi arī aptiekas klientu un aptiekā strādājošo farmaceitu aptauju. Aptauju rezultātā veikta iegūto datu apkopošana un rezultātu analīze. Tika secināts, ka 2014. un 2015. gadā populārāko izrakstīto medikamentu vidū ir Furamags (furaginum solubile). Gada aukstajā sezonā vērojama lielāka šo medikamentu aprite nekā siltajos vasaras mēnešos.

Preparations of nitrofuran group are used mainly for control of urinary tract infections the indications whereof is not only the therapy of urinary tract infections, the effect of these preparations is proven also by using them for the purpose of prevention. The purpose of the work is to clarify the application peculiarities of medications of nitrofuran derivative group, experience of users when applying these medications and experience of pharmacists as to the observations got during the issue process of these medications. To achieve the set target, we processed the data of prescriptions redeemed in the pharmacist’s shop and analysed data for 2014 and 2015. For more objective assessment of results, the author has performed also the questionnaire of customers of pharmacist’s shop and the pharmacists working in the pharmacist’s shop. Summary of the obtained data was performed in the result of the questionnaires. It was concluded that Furamags (furaginum solubile) is among the most popular prescribed medications in 2014 and 2015. Larger circulations of this medication is observed in the cold season of the year, rather than in the summer months.
