Māsas motivācija strādāt internās aprūpes specialitātē

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: māsas motivācija strādāt internās aprūpes specialitātē. Pētījuma darba aktualitāti nosaka pētījumu trūkums par māsu darba motivācijas formu. Darba mērķis: noskaidrot māsu motivāciju strādāt internās aprūpes specialitātē. Hipotēze: iekšējā motivācija internās aprūpes specialitātes māsas motivē strādāt vairāk nekā ārējā motivācija. Pētniecības instruments: darba iekšējās, ārējās motivācijas skala (weims). Darbs sastāv no teorētiskās un pētnieciskās daļas. Teorētiskajā daļā tika sniegta informācija par motivāciju, personāla motivāciju veselības aprūpes organizācijās, māsu darba motivāciju ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Pētnieciskajā daļā ir apkopoti pētnieciskā darba rezultāti, par aptaujāto māsu motivāciju strādāt internās aprūpes specialitātē. Apkopojot testa rezultātus pētniecības darbā izvirzītā hipotēze ir apstiprinājusies. Pēc testa rezultātiem 89 % māsas ir iekšēji motivētas.

Bachelor thesis: nurses motivation to work in internal specialty care. The research work actuality is determined by the lack of research on the nursing work motivation form. Purpose: find out what motivates nurses to work in internal specialty care. Hypothesis: internal specialty care nurses are motivated to work more by the intrinsic motivation than an extrinsic motivation. Research tool: work intrinsic, extrinsic motivation scale (weims). The work consists of theoretical and research parts. In theoretical part the information was given about the motivation, personal motivation of health care organizations, nurses motivation influencing factors.Research part summarizes the research results from the surveyed nurses motivation to work in internal care specialty. Summarizing the results of the test research the hypothesis is confirmed. After the test results 89 % nurses are intrinsic motivated.
