Māsas profesionālā loma, izglītojot pacientus par bezrecepšu nesteroīdo pretiekaisuma līdzekļu lietošanu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma- „Māsas profesionālā loma, izglītojot pacientus par bezrecepšu nesteroīdo pretiekaisuma līdzekļu lietošanu” Darba mērķis- noskaidrot, kāda ir māsas profesionālā loma pacientu izglītošanā. Pētniecības uzdevumi- apzināt un analizēt teorētisko literatūru par māsas lomu pacientu izglītošanā un par nesteroīdajiem pretiekaisuma līdzekļiem; izveidot pētniecības instrumentu- aptaujas anketu; izmantojot kvantitatīvo pētniecības metodi, veikt aptauju; apkopot un analizēt iegūtos datus; izdarīt secinājumus. Izvirzītā hipotēze- „Pacienti identificē māsu kā izglītotāju par nesteroīdo pretiekaisuma līdzekļu lietošanu”. Māsas loma medicīnas aprūpes sistēmā ir būtiski mainījusies. Māsa vairs neveic tikai pacienta aprūpi, kā tas bija agrāk. Māsai jāveic pacientu izglītošana veselības jautājumos un, aktīvi līdzdarbojoties ar ārstu, jāveicina profilakse un, vajadzības gadījumā, ārstēšana. Izstrādājot darbu, izvirzītā hipotēze tika apstiprināta daļēji. Pacienti vēršas pie māsas, lai uzzinātu par pareizu medikamentu lietošanu, kas bija otra populārākā atbilde. Pētījumā tika noskaidrots, ka māsa galvenokārt izglīto pacientus mutiski, ko vēlas arī pacienti, bet liela daļa aptaujāto vēlas, lai māsa izglītojot svarīgāko pieraksta un piedāvā iepazīties ar iepriekš izstrādātiem bukletiem šajos jautājumos.

Nurses no longer provide simple patient care the way that they used to. Nowadays the nurses’ role has changed into something more significant. Nurses must be able to educate the patients about health care, by co-working with a doctor provide prophylactic and if needed medical care. While developing the thesis the proposed hypothesis was confirmed. Patients do look for help from nurses to acknowledge about the correct way of using medicine, this was the second most popular survey answer, the first being “doctors”. In the research it was determined that a nurse usually educated the patient verbally, which is something that patients look forward to, although patients still prefer having the most important information to be written down and to be provided with brochures concerning the problem.
