Aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar termiskām traumām

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar termiskām traumām”. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot un analizēt aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar termiskām traumām. Pētījuma jautājums ir: kādas ir aprūpes problēmas pacientiem ar termiskām traumām? Tēmas aktualitāti nosaka apdegumu traumu pieaugums, par ko liecina statistiskie dati. Pētnieciskā darba autors analizē un apkopo bakalaura darbam atbilstošus literatūras avotus, analizē M. Levaines māszinību teoriju, izstrādā pētījuma instrumentu – interviju, veic kvalitatīvu datu analīzi par pētījuma iegūtiem datiem. Darba teorētiskā daļā ir apkopots termiskās traumas raksturojums, tās veidi un pakāpes, sarežģījumi (komplikācijas), ka arī iespējamās ārstēšanas metodes. Darba prakstiskajā daļā analizētā pacienta aprūpe ķermeņa termiskās traumas gadījumā, ka arī noskaidrotas aprūpes problēmas, un apskatītas neatliekamās situācijas termiskās traumas gadījumā. Savukārt pētnieciskā darba oriģinalitāti un novitāti noteica izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – intervija, pētījuma instruments ir jautājumu saraksts.

Bachelor thesis topic is “Nursing care problems in patients with thermal injuries.” The aim is to identify and analyze problems in nursing care of patients with thermal injuries. The research question is : what are the problems in the nursing care of patients with thermal injuries? This theme is topical because of the growth of the statistical data of patients with thermal injuries. The author of the research analyzes and summarizes literature according to the bachelor thesis topic, analyzes the nursing theory of M. Leivane, develops the research tool – interview, carries out a qualitative analysis of the study data. In a theoretical part are summarized the characteristics of thermal injuries, types and degrees of them, complications, and possible treatment methods as well. In the practical part is analysed patient with thermal injury in case of nursing care, also are highlighted nursing care problems, and explored emergency situations in the case of thermal injury. In the research is used a qualitative research method – interview, the study tool, what makes the the bachelor thesis original.
