Melnkalnes un Serbijas ceļš uz ES no 2006. līdz 2015. gadam

Abstract

Maģistra darbā “Melnkalnes un Serbijas ceļš uz ES no 2006. līdz 2015. gadam” galvenais mērķis bija izanalizēt ES paplašināšanas konceptu, darbības struktūru, no kādas teorētiskas perspektīvas to var petīt, un kuru no divām kandidātvalstīm var uzskatīt par potenciālo dalībvalsti no ES pozīcijas. Teorētiskajā daļā uzmanība galvenokārt tika pievērstā idejai par ES paplašināšanās pastāvošām dimensijām, kas sniedz vairākas pieejas no kurām var aplūkot pašu paplašināšanas procesu. Šīs dimensijas tika aplūkotas caur divu teorētisko skolu prizmām: racionālisms un konstruktīvisms. Empīriskajā daļā pētījuma rezultāti atspoguļo Melnkalnes un Serbijas liberālo normu attīstību ceļā uz ES. Secinājumos ir sniegts kopīgais pētījuma iznākums.

In the master’s thesis “Montenegro's and Serbia's road to the EU 2006-2015” the main aim was to analyze the EU enlargement concept, operational framework, from which theoretical perspective it can be researched, and which of the two candidate states could be considered as potential member states from the EU position. In the theoretical part the attention was mainly made towards existing the EU dimensions, which provides a number of approaches from which the EU enlargement process can be estimated. These dimensions were reviewed through the theoretical prisms of rationalism and constructivism. In the empirical part the results reflect the development of liberal norms of Montenegro and Serbia on the road to the EU. In conclusions the overall result is provided.
